fuck...i hate what happened to me last tuesday...
i had my duty at Ospital ng Muntinlupa. graveyard shift. so its from 10pm til 6am..
sa sobrang toxic that night. i gave the wrong meds to the wrong patient! fuck! Sir Garzon, our clinical instructor was so mad at me. he even told me to do an incidence report. i cried sa sobrang takot and hiya! haay..
so yun, buti nalang naawa si sir. di na kme pinagawan ng IR..
haay..that would be the last mistake i will do..as in..
buti nalang hindi harmful ung nabigay kong gamot..kundi.......pak!l
lesson learned: mahalaga ang magtanong!
